Neue Besetzung bei Tanny Mas Band

Nach dem es am vergangenen Wochenende zu Irritationen über die neue Tanny Mas Bandbesetzung gekommen ist, hier nun das offizielle Tanny Mas Management Statement:
Tanny Mas wird in Zukunft mit der neuen erstklassigen Bandbesetzung “Sebastian Gurgel – Guitars, Katja Stoffels – Keyboards und Michel Hartwig – Drums” zusammenarbeiten und alle Auftritte auf Mallorca und in Deutschland absolvieren!
Euch erwartet 2018 eine Tanny Mas & Band – 80er Jahre Tribute Rockshow mit vielen Neuerungen (Bühne, Licht, Sound u Repertoire). Außerdem erwartet Euch 2018 die Veroeffentlichung von zwei neuen Singles, die wir im Februar’18 in Berlin beim Produzenten Florian Nowak produzieren werden. Die genauen Termine der Veröffentlichungen werden wir zur gegebener Zeit bekannt geben.

“Give me the Moon ” by Tanny Mas also after 11 weeks still in the TOP10 CHARTS in Spain!

New album

In the fall of 2016, after many years on stage and only one year after the release of the cover album “True Illusions” by the “Tanny Mas Band”, the outstanding solo album “Thank You” will be released.

The solo album convinces with a modern mix of funk, pop and rock and was developed in the well-known studio “Team 33” on Mallorca with producer Luis Rodriguez and co-producer Philippe Escano.

Tanny Mas convinces with his unique, rough voice. It gives all songs the perfect combination of coolness and warmth. In addition to danceable titles, Tanny Mas shows that he can also play soft, rocking ballads like “Dame La Luna”, the album’s single. With “We are just Dancer” he presents himself as a convincing artist of the funk. All songs of the album have been recorded live with musicians.

After Tanny Mas released his first album in 1998, he wants to build on the successes of the last few years with the album “Thank you”. In 2015, his success was rounded off with about 50 performances on his tour through Germany, thanks to the support of his friend and mentor Thomas Limberg.

A great LIVE band

The Mallorcan band Tanny Mas has been thrilling their fans on the island for many years. This enthusiasm reached 2015 with selected concerts and brand new CD to Germany and Europe.

A great live group, which on the one hand has unique interpretations of numerous world-famous songs and on the other hand has fantastic Spanish original compositions and song premieres in its repertoire. Tanny Mas performs a completely new romantic pop ballad “Viernes tarde” together with the well-known singer Lian Ross in a duet. In their CD “True Illusions” the band shows their multifaceted richness of strong songs.

Außergewöhnliche Melodik

Musically the Tanny Mas Band offers a very broad spectrum for nearly every audience.

The hits of jazz and blues classics such as Louis Armstrong, Bill Withers, Ray Charles, Dinah Washington and Ruth Etting as well as pop stars such as Joe Cocker, Chris Rea or Tom Jones vary in their own and very unusual way, which is also due to the impressive vocals of lead singer and namesake Tanny Mas.

You can feel that the co-founder of the band lives out the music with every fibre of his body..
